Today (Sunday) at approximately 11:36am a complaint was made to Safety & Security regarding a suspicious male sitting parked in his vehicle on the roadway near the Townhouse cross-walk by building one. A female student riding her bike stopped at this vehicle thinking the person may be lost or having a problem, when she witnessed the man exposing & fondling himself. She immediately left the area and called Safety & Security.
The witness recalls the unknown male as being Caucasian, age- in his twenties, brown hair and facial stubble. Was wearing a lime green t-shirt. The suspect was driving an older model station wagon type, white in color. The vehicle was parked pointing west and may have left campus via the campus access road onto route 11.
